I am going to merge this, but we need a new cucumber test feature for this. Attaching a ZIP that it was tested is fine, but it does not test for regressions.

🗒️ Summary
Added the namespace "phoenix" to the Namespace Registry and the config.properties file.
⚙️ Test Data and/or Report
The attached zip file contains a test version of the Particle LDD modified to use "phoenix" as a namespace. The resulting XML Schema and Schematron files had "phoenix" as the namespace.
